I spent this past summer at one of the top 10 to 12 firms in the country, and was happy to receive an offer. I went ahead and did a couple of OCI interviews, and was offered a position at one of the top 5 firms in New York, with a stronger practice group for what I want to do. What should I do?

I have just started as a first-year associate at a D.C. firm, and I am already looking to leave. It turns out that promises during the interview (salary, benefits and workload) were just a line they pitched to get me in the door. Any advice?
