Attorney Uses Yoga to Help Troubled Youth

Robert Altman, a litigator and co-founder of Grounded for Good, a nonprofit that offers yoga and mindfulness training to at-risk youth, has been on the path of helping people for some time. Early in his career he represented Native Americans following the 1973 occupation of Wounded Knee. Now semi-retired, he devotes much of his energy to volunteer work.
