Post a JobWilson Sonsini has opened its third China office in Beijing, led by partner Kefei Li, who joined the firm last year from Skadden. Wilson Sonsini opened the new office in part to further Li's capital markets practice, which is key to the firm's strategy in China, said Douglas Clark, co-managing partner of the firm.
