Post a JobGoodwin Procter has added Gloria Liu as a private equity partner in Hong Kong. Previously an associate with Paul Weiss, Liu has advised such investment groups as Oaktree Capital and Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. on transactions in China and Taiwan. Litigation counsel Jay Chiu is also relocating to Hong Kong, where he will focus on IP and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matters.
