Foley & Mansfield has added to its Michigan operations four attorneys with experience that is key to the firm's strategic growth plan, the firm said. Joining from Troy, Mich.-based Frank Haron are partners David Haron, who will lead Foley & Mansfield's new qui tam practice, and Melinda Balian, who will head its health care practice.
