Penn State Law Dean Lured Away by Law School in China

Philip McConnaughay, dean of the Pennsylvania State University Dickenson School of Law, has been named the next dean of Peking University's School of Transnational Law, an American-style law school in China. The school was founded in 2007 by former University of Michigan Law School dean and former Cornell University president Jeffrey Lehman.
